We underestimate the time that we have and what we can do with it. Here I am showing something you can do while waiting for your flight at the airport. Nothing to complicated. Simple mobility, stretching , spinal twists and deep breathings. Doing this will help you to feel so much better after or before those long hours of traveling. Our brains are only wired to want to repeat things that we succeed at.

When we "fail" at something the dopamine levels in the brain change and that makes us feel like
"Mmmm... 🤔 I do not want to repeat that."

Furthermore, with that decrease of dopamine, ( studies (neuroscience) show even if we repeat the task, we're less focused and more likely to make mistakes
.
What this means is that we can use our neurocortex (the part of our brain that makes us "human", which uses skills like logic) to override the more basic instincts and emotions of the old brain
🧠 that wants to keep us "safe" by not repeating
that thing that makes us "fail"

By turning any "failure", into something worth being celebrated, something that feels like a success you can help your dopamine levels give you that sensation of rewards-motivated behavior and "I want to try that again" feeling

So... Next time you "fail"
Don't forget to celebrate 😉

The perceived motivational prominence of an outcome, which in turn propels the organism's behavior toward or away from achieving that outcome.
