In-Person Classes

If you are planning to go on vacation to Grand Cayman but you do not want to miss your training days or you want to try one of my classes just for fun

If you live full time on the island but you do not feel comfortable going at the gyms or at the yoga studios when they are so crowded.  

If you are looking for a healthier/more active lifestyle, and you prefer having private classes on your own or with a small group of friends.

Yoga and Acrobatics are a great option!

With me you can find :

HATHA YOGA

Sometimes called “the physical aspect of yoga”, because traditionally it works on the physical level. The sequence in these classes are very simple and gentle. I will modify and choose the asana as per your requirements, purpose or preferences.

These classes are recommended to anyone who enjoys moving at a slow pace.

VINYASA FLOW

The core idea of Vinyasa yoga is to shift emphasis from posture to breath and therefore to realize the postures are impermanent. Instead of keeping postures for a longer time, poses are kept for a couple of breaths.

This practice will focus on produce heat combining Ujjai breathing ( breathing technic) with movement from one asana into the other in a dynamic way.

PADDLEBOARD-YOGA

Yeap,  as you’ve heard a full yoga class on a paddleboard in the beautiful crystal clear water of the Caribbean.

To make it easy stand-up paddleboard yoga (SUP yoga) combines the sport of stand-up paddleboarding with yoga postures.

We will practices out on the open water on the boards provided by 7 Mile Paddle

What to wear?

Comfortable clothing you don’t mind if it gets wet. Sport/swimming shorts and a top is absolutely fine. Don’t forget to put on sunscreen ;).

Beginners can do it?

Yes, is for everyone, as long as you are not afraid of water and with no medical’s restrictions Knowing how to swim is the minimum requirement.

When can you do these classes?

We can set a day and time depending on weather conditions.  A 24hr notice will be required to be able to schedule your class.

Don’t wait until the last day of your vacation to enjoy this! 


ACROYOGA

This is a practice of “trust”, usually between 2 or more practitioners. Acroyoga merges yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. We will combine traditional Hatha or Vinyasa Flow yoga with acrobatics thought communication, supports, strength, and flexibility of the body and the mind 

A typical class may include a warmup, partner work, flowing sequences, inversions, and Thai yoga massage.

AERIAL CIRCUS ACROBATICS

It is a discipline, like in any other class when you are looking to achieve more knowledge or a new skill. 

Aerial circus acrobatics involves aerial silks, aerial trapeze, and aerial hoop. I have them all. 

Here we are going to have a fun work out. I will help you to get out o your comfort zone and see the world from a different angle.

Everything will be work on the ground level to start with but the only conditioning in order to be able to take this class is to do not be afraid of heights

Being not afraid of heights is a requirement.
