I know inversions postures can be scary!
I once was feeling like that too. Any yoga practitioner can tell you that.
But guess what? Like any other posture, they can be learned.
It only takes some dedication in the practice, to be patient and kind with yourself.

Experience some up-leveling when you join us for this special workshop on arm balances and inversions.
Build up knowledge as we break down poses and transitions that will help prepare the body to turn upside down. We’ll flow through asana to warm up the body, learn some key pointers to help you take flight, and then incorporate it all into a yummy flow with lots of play-time.
On this workshop you will learn how to prepare for and stay safe in inversion yoga poses. Together we will overcome fear, discovering how to defy gravity with step-by-step instructions.
You don’t need to be an advance practitioner.
