Weekly schedule Online Yoga Classes in English & Spanish

FRIDAY

SUNDAY

8:30 am to 9:30 am

Hatha Yoga Flow 

Class-based:

On flexibility, mobility & restorative postures

Props:

  • Yoga mat or towel
  • Yoga blocks or straps or belts, (optional ) 
5 pm to 6 pm

30min of Vinyasa Dynamic Flow and 30min of Restorative

Class-based:

On postures to build overall strength and resistance.

Ending the session with restorative and breathing techniques

Props:

  • Yoga mat or towel
  • Yoga blocks or straps or belts, (optional )

Yes , as I am originally form Argentina I am providing online yoga classes in Spanish  every Friday 10am EST – On my YouTube Channel. where you can also find a list yoga classes and tutorials in English 😉

These are donations base classes, understand we are all going trough times these days and I know you need to keep your practice going.

I am offering something special for the ones who can commit to monthly payments, this is a library with all the classes we haven practicing online for you to have access and practice any time .

CLASSES WITH QUINTESSENTIAL MOVEMENT STUDIO

FLEXIBILITY TUESDAYS –  5PM EST RESTORATIVE THURSDAY 7PM EST
  • Tuesday, May 4th: Shoulders & Upper body
  • Tuesday, May 11th: Spine, backbends and core
  • Tuesday, May 18th: Hips & legs
  • Tuesday, May 25th: Full Body.
Props  to have handy:
  • Yoga mat or similar
  • Straps or belt
  • Blocks or similar ( we wont use it always but if anyone has it I can show how to use it)
  • Thursday 14th-
  • Thursday 28th-

  • Optional: Candles , incense , to prepare the ambience for the relaxation

While the Super Full Moon may be intense and highly detoxifying, it also carries a sweetness too, and reminds us to find the beauty and gratitude in the path we have walked so far.

 

Full Moon is he perfect time to release and let go.
