New year is coming, new opportunities, new expectations, new plans maybe some changes and so many more things. Everything is possible
Why not starting balancing our subtle body?
Like a vortex of energy, from the root all the way up
The Chakras
The word chakra in Sanskrit means “wheel” or “disk”and denotes a point of interaction where mind, body and spirit meet. A profound formula for wholeness; an organisational centre for the reception, assimilation and transmission of energy. From liberating our spirits to manifesting our dreams, the chakras are the very wheels that carry us through life.
Chakras also can be called as lotuses, symbolising the unfolding of flower petals, witch metaphorically describe the opening of a chakra.
As you already might know the lotus flowers are sacred in India. Growing from the mud they symbolise a path of development from a primitive being to a fully blossoming consciousness, mirroring the base chakra rooted in earth, witch evolves into the “thousand petals lotus” at the crown of the head.
Like lotuses chakras have petals , witch vary in number from chakra to chakra.
Like flowers , chakras can be open or closed, dying or budding, depending on the state of consciousness within.
Chakras send energy out from the core of the body and they assimilate every from outside that enters the core.
What we generate determines much of what we receive, and in this way it enforce us to work on our chakras and clean up outdates, dysfunctional or negative programming that may be getting in our way
What we carry on in our chakras is formed by our repeated patters from our day to day actions and the way we interact with the rest of living beings in this world and past life actions.
Repeated movements and habits, programming from or parents or family we have been raise with, the culture or situation we are born into are important factors to consider. Knowing our tendencies tell us what to watch out for and what to enhance.
How many times did you feel like you were stuck at something?
We can easily be caught in a cycle that keep us in a particular level. This can be a relationship, a job, a habit or a way of thinking. Being stuck can be a symptom of either overemphasis or underdevelopment of a chakra.
As a complete system, the chakras provide a powerful tool for personal growth.
“Is our work to clean he chakras from the old non beneficial patterns so their self-perpetuing actions have a positive influence and our energy can continue to expand to higher planes”
